A Time to Reset and Refocus
Starting January 5th, 2025
Each year our church joins together for 21 Days of Prayer.
We intentionally set aside time to begin the year pressing in for vision and breakthrough, both for our community as well as each of us personally.
Additionally, if you’d like to go even deeper and begin the year focusing on your mental, physical as well as your spiritual health, join our staff in our 21 Day Focus
With a goal of establishing healthy habits and focusing our mind, body and spirit as we start this new year, the guidelines are as follows:
1. FOLLOW A DIET
Can be as simple as cutting sugar, coffee or carbs. As long as it is sacrificial. What we put into our bodies matters!
2. 30 MINUTES IN SCRIPTURE
Choose a book of the bible to read through or maybe choose a bible reading plan. Set aside time to get in the word every day!
3. 30 MINUTES OF EXERCISE
Whether it’s 30 minutes at the gym, heading to Knox mountain or an afternoon walk, make time every day to get your blood pumping.
Bonus points if it’s outside!
4. MEDIA FAST
Media has become an intensely distracting part of our lives. Take 21 days to get step back from it and watch God fill that time instead. Whether it’s cutting out Instagram, Netflix or Youtube entirely or setting a time where you intentionally shut it down. Do your best not to fill that time with another form of digital media.
