KCC Kids

KCC Kids has classrooms for children ages 1-11 as well as a parents room off of the Lobby which can be used as a quiet space for you and your newborn.

Our security policy is designed to provide a safe and secure environment for all children in our care. The downstairs entrance locks automatically at 10:45 AM, and access is available through the doorbell system. Throughout services, our Children's Coordinator or a designated floater remains downstairs monitoring the children's areas. All children are checked in through our secure sign-in system and receive a security tag, while parents or guardians receive a matching pickup tag. Children are only released to an authorized adult presenting the corresponding pickup tag.

All allergies and special needs are entered into our secure check-in system and will appear on your child's name tag so our team is aware and prepared to provide appropriate care. If your child requires one-on-one supervision or outside support, please let our team know in advance and we will work with you to help create the best possible experience for your child.

Yes. Your child is always welcome to stay with you during the service. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult for children to separate from their parents. Our children's programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and biblically based, so we always encourage families to give them a try and see how their child does. If at any point your child needs their parent, we are happy to contact you for pickup.

We use resources from Grow Curriculum, a year-long program that teaches a variety of biblical topics in age-appropriate ways for each group. Each class includes a mix of worship, teaching, games, and crafts to help children learn and engage with the lesson. We also provide a snack during the program.

All of our KCC Kids volunteers are certified by Plan To Protect, which is an internationally recognized abuse prevention program. This involves customized written policies, strict background screening and training for staff and volunteers, and clear reporting protocols.
